How to cry
"it was very relieving to be able to let it out"
How I did it: i thought about what was making me sad/angry/frustrated and really connected myself to the feeling. if i couldn't cry then, i listened to a really sad song, one that i could really connect to. it helps to find a song with lyrics that you really believe in. turn it up loud, think about what has made you want to cry, and sing along. don't be afraid to move around and act out how you feel, it really helps you to connect to your emotions, and begin to cry.
