How to become a morning person.

How I did it: I used to not think about getting up in the morning. I would just convince my muscles that I had to get up now, or else (insert bad experience here)!
I also thought about the good things that I was gonna be doing that day. It helped put me in a good mood for the rest of the morning.
Also, I would eat a breakfast that was rich in variety; like bran, with 4 different types of fruit. I would wanna get out of bed for the every morning!
After a while, I just did it automatically :)
Lessons & tips: The breakast idea will defiantly help.
And you can't do anything without believing you can do it, so convince yourself you want to get up straight away.
