How to learn to wolf whistle
How I did it: After watching countless tutorials and finding the right one for me, I went to my bathroom and closed the door, to be sure not to interrupt anyone, and just went for it for about an hour. It started off sounding simply like a rush of air with no noise, but as I continued, it grew into a broken whistle all the way into a scream.
Lessons & tips: The best thing to do while watching/reading tutorials is not to follow every direction so closely. For example, I was instructed to tighten my lips, but I find that relaxing the lips works just as well if not better for me. Also, do not be afraid of not getting it the first time around, there's really no fun in learning it if you just get it off the bat.
While practicing, do not be afraid to shift your fingers and lips around to find the perfect spot for sound production. It doesn't matter if it isn't picture perfect compared to your guide, as long as you are producing your target sound with ease and comfort.
