How to get more sleep
It made me 
"I graduated."
How I did it: I finished 5 years of engineering school (4 undergrad, 1 grad). It was tough, but the more activities I was doing (instead of sleeping), the more I was learning. Now I have two degrees and can sleep as much as I want! :)
