How to lose 7 pounds
"I started off at 160, my ultimate goal being 120, and now i'm 153"
How I did it: I ate lots of fruit and veggies, cut back on carbs and junk. I exercised more and filled up on water when I was hungry. I set myself a limit of 4 small meals a day and one snack at night.
Lessons & tips: watch what you eat and go for more walks.
