How to get back into shape
"Ok so I'll admit this goal isn't completely finished, but its started and I feel healthier and happier."
How I did it:
Sitting at the computer one day, I just decided I wanted to be fit again and want abs. So I looked up marathons. Told Cory and he told me I should start with a half. So I put it on my calendar and started looking for a personal trainer.
