How to move into my own place

How I did it: after having had to live with my brother in a tiny town over winter i had my life back together to the point where i could return to the city
i phoned around replying to so many ads and couldnt find what i was looking for. then a friend suggested i call his landlord. I did and found that it was a landlord i'd had before in a house i'd lived in before... its beautiful... the second story of a huge house... i especially love that there is a seperate dining room!!!
