How I did it: It really wasn't that hard for me. I am usually a very honest person. There was one or two things that I was not sure if i was being totally honest with myself. I just did a personal inventory and figured it out.

Lessons & tips: I believe sometimes it is ok to lie to yourself. Just know eventually you will have to get honest.
