How to volunteer with children by caffdolphgrl

"Even though I was very busy this helped me feel rejuvenated"

How I did it: I went to United Way's website and found the link for my local United Way.  Once on my local United Way's website I used the volunteer search function to find an organization in my community where I could volunteer.  I volunteered at a children's crisis center for 3 years.

Lessons & tips: There are volunteer opportunities for virtually every interest and time limitations.
