How to drink lots of water
"Water is the ONLY beverage i drink, so i don't know why i even had this as a goal...sometimes i forget then i'm horribly dehydrated...but generally, i always have a bottle or glass of water next to me..."
How I did it: Always have a bottle of water next to you...don't bother buying other drinks, even 100% juice is not really 100% juice, and everyone has seen the amound of sugar in sodas. Water is so beneficial, how can you not take advantage or it?
