How to help more consumers with their complaints or concerns
"I help consumers every day resolve their complaints, concerns, issues or questions."
How I did it: By learning what the consumers complaint or concern was and then finding the right person who could help them resolve it for them. I used research tools such as Google Finance to locate the right person to reach out to for the consumer so that I could help them resolve their complaint or concern.
Lessons & tips: To get a complaint or concern resolved a consumer has to be legally justified in pursuing their claim, be positive and persistent in their approach, and communicate with the person who is empowered and able to help them with their complaint or concern.
