How to break a rib
It made me
overjoyed. 
"loved it. I love pain and pain with every deep breath is awesome"
How I did it: I was staning on my bed trying to change the light blub in my celing fan when I slipped and fell on the foot board. Went to the hospital because I was in so much pain. I had 4 broken and two cracked ribs. (the foot board is thick because it houses some shelves). I loved having them. I took as many deep breaths as possible and touched them often the pain excited me
