How to weigh 125 pounds

How I did it: I forced myself to try new exercises. This is something I have not forced myself to do in over 2 years. The squats and the lunges help my workout routines a lot.
Lessons & tips: Avoid bad foods. Drink lots of water.
Resources: The gym helped to keep me motivated but the number one thing that deserves credit, is an upcoming summer vacation.
