How to exercise
How I did it: I started training for a triathalon. I realized that imagining myself cross the finish line OR how humiliated I would be if I started dying before I finished is the greatest motivator I could find! I've been regularly swimming, running (which is still very hard for me) and biking for 12 months now.
Lessons & tips: Find something or someone to hold you accountable. Also a work out buddy is great. Once you see your progress, that will also be a great motivator.
