How to stop eating junk food
It made me
feel relieved 
"It was easy because I was getting sick to my stomach every time I had something greasy to eat..."
How I did it: I basically quit cold turkey but only because I was getting turned off by burgers and fries and stuff anyway. SO maybe that wouldnt be most everyone's position but it was what helped motivate me 100%!
Lessons & tips: Just remember that your body is God's temple and we are supposed to take care of it so we can live long enough to carry out our calling!
