How I did it: At the back end of last year i went on the pill in a fit of optimism. Then i got horribly depressed. I thought it was cos of the winter or my horrible job and then it dawned on me. I went and saw the doc and she said she didn't think it was because of the pill but i said i wanted to stop taking it and see what happened and within a week or two i was much better.
I'm back to myself now and my boss is finding this harder to handle than when i was crying at work everyday. This kinda cheers me up in itself.
