How I did it: My employeer paid for everything so that is what set me on the path. I had wanted an advanced degree. It was a question of a lot of extra work, understanding how I learn best and using that to maximize my learning abilities in class, and just applying myself as needed to get the good grades. I had a desire to learn the material which helped a lot too. Taking classes at night, every other week, a single class at a time, made it easier to focus.
