"The trainer and $$ make all the difference"
How I did it: Not that 'buying' a trainer alone made the difference, but for me, it was a choice radical enough to snap me out of complacency. Working with J (this is only my 3rd week) has been such an experience. It's like I'm getting to know a whole other self. It's pretty powerful. And the workouts are like nothing I've ever done in my life. Dripping with sweat, ready to drop, limbs shaking, dizzy, blissed-out hours!
