How to see a Broadway show in New York
How I did it: I was on a school trip for something that I had to do a fundraiser for, and people thought that I was kidding when I said, "let's go to New York..!" People thought I was actually kidding, when I was being totally serious. They finally believe me, and said sure, and came along with me. We went to the beach first... It was spectacular!~ We then stayed at a hotel for a few nights, going back to the beach every now and then. Some days we would stick it to the hotel, and others we would chill at the beach. Since it was the middle of summer, and sweating hot... And since we are adapted to the cold weather of Canada and what not, we all had long sleeves on. We went shopping, and everyone thought we were crazy. We had huge down-feather filled jackets on, and everyone stared. We ignored them, and kept walking, and finally, we came to this little shop. We never walked inside, but we saw a poster on the outside that said, "Wizard of Oz! Now playing at a theater near you." We giggled and laughed, and almost started dancing. People stared... Again. But we finally realized, hey, maybe we should go to the Wizard of Oz play... It would be fun! So we went, and oh my gosh, was it AWESOME, or was it AWESOME? It was one of the greatest experiences of a life time. Definitely!
Lessons & tips: If you ever go to a play/Broadway show... You might want to bring a few friends along! The plane ride from Canada was LONG.
Resources: My friends, the airline people, and some other people... I think... Hehe. It was mostly people!
