How I did it: How did I do it? Easy enough, just waited by their bus after the show. Most times it's been in freezing cold weather -- but it's worth it. xD There's always a group of people waiting by the bus after the show, but it's usually a small group.
Lessons & tips: Seriously, it's not that hard. The guys are gracious enough to be patient with everyone who wants to talk to them, so all you have to do is be patient yourself. Just wait. I've met them four times total, so obviously it's not a difficult thing to do.
Resources: Um. Being a fan. =D And -not- being rude or over-excited when meeting them. Especially when meeting Jon. Remember this, kids. Don't scare Jon.
