How to be bold with color
It made me 
"Pushing colors in paintings is fun"
How I did it: It's a little awkward at first to start adding more extreme colors into a painting, but the more you practice with it, figuring out what colors are the ones that should be exaggerated, it all starts to work together.
Lessons & tips: I looked into Henry Matisse a lot, fauvism is a good movement to look into for color pushes.
