How to get over writer's block

How I did it:
I don't really know, but now I'm sort of working on two stories. One is just about a legend I've been sort of obsessed with since I was a kid, and one actually came from a dream I had. So one's fantasy, one's science fiction. Never thought I'd write science fiction, but I guess it's more romance than sci fi. Actually, never thought I'd write romance either... but that's ok!
Lessons & tips: Keep open to ideas... think of things you were interested in as a kid, or even 5 years ago.
