Really, we considered not even putting it on the market because the market was so bad. But we got asking price, had two competing offers, and only had to keep it clean for 11 days! I hated doing what the staging company suggested because it made my house look so sterile, but it worked and after a few weeks I liked the uncluttered look. I think you’ll do great next year selling, especially if you stage it well.
