How to eat more vegetables
"I just had to put it in my mouth and chew... it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I even ended up enjoying veggies!"
How I did it: Well, at the dinner table at my house, there's always the options of veggies. I used to ignore them a lot. Now, I always take a couple of them, no matter if I really love the taste or not. I just know that it's good for you, that it makes me feel healthy, and makes a meal full of vitamins~
I like a lot more veggies now, including spinach and broccoli, both of which I used to hate.
Lessons & tips: um. chew? :P Just kidding. Just eat it. It's not that bad.
