How I did it: There are several websites on the internet that will send you a review copy of a book. You read the book, then write a review about the book. Starting out, you will probably only receive the book as payment, and it may not even be the book that you want to read, but this is where you get your start. Once you have a few reviews under your belt, then you can start contacting the publishers directly, and asking for review copies. They get many requests for review books, so the more that you can offer them, the better your chances are for getting a review copy. After you do that a few time, the publisher will begin sending you the books, asking you for a review, and offering payment. This is not a fast process, as it is one built on reputation and trust. But if this is what you want to do, this is probably the easiest way to do it. And remember, if your gonna take the time to research this, and actually do it, its worth doing right.
