How to eliminate caffeine from my diet

How I did it: Getting rid of caffeine was hard at first as I tried to do it while starting a new and demanding job. I started out by drinking the lightly caffeinated tea in the morning, and then eliminating it completely. About a month into my no-caffeine, someone gave me a beverage that had caffeine unbeknownst to me, and it set me off- my heart raced, my mood changed, I could not sleep, my head hurt. Now my body simply cannot handle it. I am happy that my body rejects it now.
