How to overcome bulimia
How I did it: I read the book "Sensing the Self," which changed my mindset completely & gave me the resolve to beat this disorder for good! I also learned to live with the feeling of fullness (not overfullness, but just the right amound of food). Most importantly, I shared my journey with friends & celebrated each month's anniversary by going out to eat & making a big deal about the progress.
Lessons & tips: Share your progress with those around you. It's nothing to be ashamed of, & trust me, they will all take the news in a positive way & encourage you!
