"Super challenging."
How I did it: This is something I've been trying to do for *months*. 2 hours of exercise a day for 14 days. I really had to clear my sked to do it. I also had to be super selfish with my time; leaving to go to the gym on some days, before my daughter woke up, getting home after she fell asleep other days. I had to make the time and budget for late night taxis and trainer time, the whole kit and caboodle. But I wanted to really push myself according to David Kirsch's book and I'm awfully glad I did. I hope to do it again in the fall.
Lessons & tips: I really had to lean on my husband for support with the baby, but I also realized that every day I needed to be able to say, "I'm going to do my workout." If he said, "Are you working out today?" then it would've been different. I had to be driven by the fire in my own belly.
Resources: David Kirsch's Ultimate New York body plan book. I also really liked the energy bubbles from his website!
