How to plan ahead
"It was quite challenging."
How I did it: I planded 3 Most Important Tasks to do in the morning, then did it. My intention was to make it a habit by doing it for 30 days, whith didn't happened, but I've leared lots.
Lessons & tips:
- better to do MITs (Most Important Tasks) in the morning, they don't block my other tasks then
- sincronise with your partner or make it possible he doesn't influece you negatively about getting up
- when next step becomes possible, do it even if it wasn't your MIT
- get up early to make time for your MITs
- if you have to do things later that day, prepare by motivating yourself or/and relaxing
- it is much easier and feels better to do things in the morning
- some things are more chalenging, divide them into smaller units
- some things are good to do in 15 min time units
- do 1-2 tasks
- prepare for emotional challange
