How to make monkey bread

How I did it: * Brown Sugar // 1/2cup will be needed
* 2 sticks of butter (1 cup)
* Bundt Cake Pan (feel free to use dorky shapes)
* Cinnamon // 2-3 teaspoons
* 3 cans of Buttermilk Biscuits (the non-flaky ones)
* Sugar! // 1 cup
Cut the biscuits into fourths and throw in a gallon ziplock bag with 1c. sugar and 2-3 tsp cinnamon. Shake. Layer evenly in pan. Make sauce with 1c. butter and one half cup brown sugar, heat on medium until the color is consistent; pour over biscuits. I added about half a cup each of raisins and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
Lessons & tips: Seriously, add the raisins and pecans. I pre-plumped my raisins in a cup of hot water with a vanilla bean. So good!
