How to stop thinking so much
"Calming"
How I did it: Everytime I had a thought that i knew would escalade into another worry, and another, i stopped it in its tracks. I just said to myself, not important right now, think about it later. It gets easier with time and sometimes it doesn't work, but mostly, i've reduced my overthinking.
Lessons & tips: We tend to overexagerate in our minds so just know that everything JUST SEEMS 10 times worse than it actually is. nothing is concrete so overthinking it doesn't help at all.
