How to lose 15 pounds
"When it comes down to it, it's all about motivation and self-control."
How I did it: I ate less. Thats it. For me, it was eat when Im hungry. Even though I started this goal over 10 months ago, I only made progress in the past 3 months.
Lessons & tips: Join a support group. On a forum I belong to, there was a weighloss thread. We all weighed in on Fridays, and at the end of the month, we looked at results. Its nice to have someone there to so "Congrats! You're made it this far, keep going!"
