How to speak French fluently
"I probably speak one of the official languages in almost all African countries."
How I did it: I've taken French lessons at school since the age of 12, and am now in a French Leistungskurs, ie high-level course, at Gymnasium (gb college/fr lycée). It is very important to go beyond that, though. Every now and again, watch a film in French. Some DVDs have that, especially TV series box sets (I think). Go to French-speaking countries (like France, or Belgium), and speak with people.
Lessons & tips: You can only learn a language by speaking it.
Resources: School, francophone art, and francophone people.
