How to learn to raise one eyebrow
"A little bit frustrating at times, but eventually I got the hang of it."
How I did it: I practiced holding one eyebrow up and pushing the other one down. Then I practiced raising each eyebrow while keeping one eye closed (open your one eye as wide as possible to really stretch the muscle.) It helps to look at a mirror. So, I just kept doing that until I got the feel for it. Then I practiced without using my hands to help. It did give me a headache sometimes, so don't forget to relax. There's no need to rush things (believe me, it can get pretty frustrating. Your body doesn't do the things you tell it to all the time.) The key is practice, practice, practice! I can lift my left eyebrow really well, but my right one still needs work.
