How to stop biting my nails

How I did it: I had to get braces for my teeth when I was a junior in High School. And because of the metal I couldn't get my fingernails in my mouth to bite them anymore...so, after two years of having braces I was broken of my bad habit!
Lessons & tips: Keeps your hands clean and free of "stray" nails. I always find that I pick or bite at my nails when they're broken and then I end up biting them all the way off... So, just keep them up.
