How to complete a triathlon
"Completing a triathlon made me believe that I can do anything."
How I did it: Practice, practice, practice. I worked out regularly at least 5 times/week and increased/staggered my intensity and distance in swimming, biking, running, lifting over 6 months. Also read some books, got some tips online, and did a few shorter events before the Olympic distance tri.
Lessons & tips: Don't give up. The hardest part is starting the workouts, but you'll feel great once you get going and will feel energized afterwards.
