How to finish my masters degree
"Finishing my master's degree took time, energy, planning, money, flexible employers and staying focused."
How I did it: I talked to my advisor to plan what courses to take. I asked other students what professors they liked and which ones to avoid. One professor suggested getting a job as a lower level of what my degree would be in to get my foot in the door. This way I could work my way up and get practical experience to balance the sometimes overly theoretical class work. I took 1 or 2 classes each semester for about 5 years.
Lessons & tips: The semester before you want to graduate make sure that you know all of the deadlines you need to make so that you can graduate on time like you've planned.
Resources: professors, living close to campus (within walking distance), coffee, having a laptop, Bible verses
