How to get enough sleep

How I did it: I actually did the work that I had to do on time. I would screw around when I got home and stay up until 3 am making it up. I would stay up until 5 in the morning for no reason on weekends. It really does your body a lot of harm, although the idea seems like fun. I got really irregular and felt crappy all the time. I get 6-7 hours of sleep on weekdays, and 9 or 10 on weekends :) sleeping too much isn't great either, haha.
