How to get a lip ring

How I did it: I went it got my lip cleaned then they marked both sides of my lip so both rings would be evenly spaces apart. Then she clamped it and stuck the needle through and slid the bar through and twisted the ball on on the outside. Then she just repeated it for the opposite side. And there u go...two lip rings. It was painless but a pain to keep clean :P totally worth it tho!!
Lessons & tips: Wash wash wash!!!! and keep mouthwash with u at all times!
