How I did it: ...for instance, drinking only water and non sweetened tea as beverages (with the occasional cup of coffee with skim or soy milk) and cutting all fast food and heavy desserts. tons of fresh fruit is a must. also, mypyramid.com has a great calorie counting tool if you are interested. i used it for a week and it helped me come up with a healthy long term diet.
