How to lose the baby weight
"Breastfeeding helped a lot, since that's an extra 500 calories or so that you're burning every day."
How I did it: I had a really difficult birthing, so I couldn't do any exercise (including walking) for a few weeks afterward. When I got the ok from my midwife, I went to the gym every day for a while. That was at least as good for my mind as for my body. But I went less and less often (it would've been good to keep going, obviously, but that's another matter) when I realized the weight was coming off on its own, by just leading a basically healthy lifestyle. For me, it was a slow but really natural process.
Lessons & tips: Be patient! And wear black:)
