How to write a screenplay
How I did it: I worked a few hours every day on it. When things were slow at work I would work on it there as well. Once I had finished I had other look at it, they were able to find mistakes and give feedback on what worked or not.
Lessons & tips: Taking a writer's workshop class, get feedback from others and enter screenwriting contests.
Resources: There are a ton of websites that offer feedback, but I would not use them, except for the screenwriting contests who also offer to give you feedback even if you do not win. I like Movie Magic Screenwriting software but I have also used FinalDraft and that is a good one as well. If you need help with organizing your ideas and/or forming a story that works, I suggest Storymind software. I find that to be a great tool and it is a lot cheaper than Dramatica.
