How to be a size 10
How I did it: I did this unhealthily, i ate little and drank water and coffee infact i ate very little and went days without food, i rarely exercised and kept myself motavated by looking at myself in mirrors, eating little was hard but i kept myself busy by spending alot of time with friends and staying out of the house, occasionally i would reward myself with a milkshake. I would recommend doing this as i got below a size 10 however i wouldnt recommend my method as the weight comes back and it becomes a ongoing fued between oneself and food. Things to expect are overeating, losing control, low self esteem, change in personality, tierdness, carelessness, depression and ultimatly weight gain
Lessons & tips: once you decide to be normal again you gotta exercise like mad, if you dont exercise then the weight comes back and really fast.
