hi how are you

How I did it: Well, I got tired of hiding my mouth when I smiled or laughed, so I finally got the guts to call a dental surgeon and go to my regular dentist. My regular dentist took care of any cavities that were present, then the dental surgeon pulled a badly decayed tooth and screwed in 7 mini-dental implants in all the holes of my upper jaw. Went back to my regular dentist for one more checkup and an in-office Zoom whitening before the surgeon put on the porcelain crowns two weeks later. Now I'm set up for checkups every 6 months with my regular dentist.
Lessons & tips: Probably the best tip I can provide is just do it...just get over the fear and start with a clean slate with your teeth. Then be sure to get to the dentist every 6 months to prevent things from getting out of control ever again!
Resources: A reputable dental surgeon who specializes in mini-dental implants. I am fortunate enough to live in the same area as the man who perfected the mini-dental implant. It was expensive, but so worth it!
