How to drink 8 glasses of water a day
How I did it: During my exams period i had a 1,5 litre bottle next to my desk and a nice blue glass for water in front of me. At first i was drinking 1 litre per day. Now i force my self not to go to bed until i finish the 1.5 litre.
I realized i had a better skin ( in 2 weeks), however i used my bathroom a lot more...
Now i got used to it!
Plus, i always accompany my food with a glass of water and not any other drink.
Lessons & tips: - Find a brand of water that" tastes" the best to you, if you don't drink water from the tap.
- Drink water before your meals.
- Don't overdo it. Don't start counting glasses like " ok, 7 glasses , one more..." 8 glasses is an average number that can be different to women and men and depends on the diet. If you eat too much fruits or vegetables that contain more that 70% of water , its clear that your needs are less than a person's who doesn't eat that kind of foods at all...
