ok this is how:

1 friend) somehow get them to fall asleep or black out without them knowing it. carry them to the couch a nd wake them up.tell them they all of the sudden balcked out.

2 friends) this spell gives you 3 minutes till youu transform, so when you touch water, tell you friends your going to play a little game;
you hide, and they seek.go into your room and lock the door.

3 friends or more) say your going to the bathroom and run to the nearest bathroom and lock the door.

if your going to swim with them pertend to hurt your ankle and then sujest to go play somthing else

I go sailing a lot and there is no way i can get out the water in time shall i just take swim away or do u have a better idear cause i will get so badly told off i will die (almost)

How long does it take without salt and full moon?
