How I did it: I stopped caring what other people would think or say. This is me. This is who I love. And damn it, I enjoy it. So here I am. I refer to my partners using the proper pronouns, I mention it when it comes up. I do nothing to hide it. Sometimes when I'm really proud I flaunt it. It's beautiful.
Lessons & tips: Forget your fear and live as if it's to be expected.
