How to run easily
"First you start running, then you do it again and again and again and again......""
How I did it: I ran 3 days a week. And I signed up for races so I had accountability and a deadline. Then I ran and ran and ran.
The most important part is to listen to your body. Some days you can't do as much and that's OK.Your body knows what's up and you have to realize you're working together, not against each other.
Lessons & tips: As with so many things, it's all about perseverance. Don't you hate that?
