How to get a new puppy

"It's rough getting new pets when others are already in the home."
How I did it: My dog got the neighbor pregnant and we decided to keep not only one but two of the puppies. Its extremely difficult making them listen because they distract each other. Also since their mom live next door they always try to run out of the yard. My older dog is trying to teach them he is dominate in the household so there are plenty of fights. I like the puppies but its more difficult then I imagined.
