How to lose ten pounds
How I did it: I started running on the streets but it was too hard on my knees so, I got myself a gym membership.
From there I started going to the gym daily. Did at least 30 minutes of cardio and generally burned 300 cal on an average day.
Lessons & tips: Eat whole foods (not the store lol). Meaning eat fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains (wheat, barley, oats). Get away from the food that comes in crinkly packages. The more processed the more high in fat and empty calories.

That is a GREAT resource and truly made me motivated. I am planning on losing 20 more pounds now!
